Who we are

This website is run by Marcelo Fernández, operating as iDev, a small web design studio based in Dixon, Illinois, United States. We are the ones responsible for the information you send us here. You can reach us through the form on this website.

What we collect

When you ask for a free demo we collect what you type in the form: your name, your business name, your phone number, your email, your current website and what you need. We also record basic technical details with your request: the page you came from, campaign tags in the link (like utm_source), the date and time, your browser type and an approximate location (city and region) based on your internet address.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about your demo by phone call, text message or email, to prepare your demo, and to keep a record of our conversation. If you become a client, we use it to deliver your website and to send invoices. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.

Text messages

By sending the form you agree that iDev can call or text you about your demo. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.

Cookies and ads

This site uses necessary cookies to work and to remember your cookie choice. If you allow marketing cookies, we use the Meta pixel to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Who helps us

We use trusted providers to run this site and our tools: website hosting (Vercel), our database and customer system, email delivery and, with your consent, Meta for ad measurement. They only process information to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for up to 24 months after our last contact, and client records for as long as the law requires for business and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just contact us through the form on this website and we will answer within 30 days.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not meant for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
